Have Dinner on Us!

How would you like to be paid with dinner at a movie? Sounds like a dream job, right? We are trying to improve our customer service and we are calling on our loyal fans for help.

How does it work?

Simply complete the Shopper Profile to create a Shopper account. Once you confirm your email address, you will have the opportunity to select a possible date you would like to visit one of our 5 locations. You will receive a confirmation for your selected day, then just review the Mystery Shopper Questions and head to the movies. 

How much can I spend and how do I get reimbursed?

We cannot reimburse for ticket admission(s), discounts, taxes, or gratuity. We will reimburse your food & beverages up to $25 before tax and gratuity. In order to be reimbursed you must save all food & beverage receipts and fill out the survey in full with detailed answers. Once we have reviewed the report we will send you a Cinema Cafe gift card for your food & beverage purchases up to $25 before tax and gratuity. Any discounts used (i.e. coupons, Groupons, etc) will be deducted from the reimbursement.

What are we looking for?

Did you find all of our staff to be friendly and helpful? Were the expectations on the shopper report met? Please keep in mind that this is a Mystery Shopper program, and be discreet while you're at the theater.

Who can apply to join the program?

Must be 25 or older to participate in the program. Only one person per household may be permitted to join the program. 


How often can I do this?

We ask that you only sign up for one visit within a 3-month period.

What happens if the day I select is not available at that location?

If your first choice(s) of date is not available or approved, you will have another opportunity to pick new dates at the same location or a different location. Be on the lookout for that Date Approval email before you head to the movies.
